Short version: Your data stays on your device unless you sign in to sync. We don't sell your data. You can delete everything anytime.
What We Collect
If you use Pomodorri without signing in: nothing leaves your device.
If you sign in to sync:
- Email address (from Google sign-in)
- Your focuses and session history
- Your settings (themes, durations)
We also collect:
- Crash reports (to fix bugs) — via Sentry
- Purchase info (Pro subscription status) — via RevenueCat
What We Don't Collect
Location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or anything from other apps.
Where Data Lives
Cloud data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Third-Party Services
- Supabase — database and auth (EU)
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Sentry — crash reporting
- Google — sign-in
- Apple — sign-in and payments (iOS)
Your Rights
- Access: See your data in the app
- Export: Download as CSV (Pro)
- Delete: Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion
Data Retention
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data (focuses, session history, settings) is permanently deleted immediately. Crash reports are retained for 90 days. Purchase records are managed by RevenueCat and Apple/Google per their retention policies.
Your Rights Under GDPR (EU/EEA Users)
We process your data based on your consent (signing in to sync) and legitimate interest (crash reporting to improve the app). You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format (CSV)
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Your Rights Under CCPA (California Users)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to:
- Know what personal data we collect and why
- Delete your personal data
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights
To exercise these rights, email support@pomodorri.app or delete your account in the app.
Children
Pomodorri is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Pomodorri after changes constitutes acceptance.
