Web
Web purchases are processed by Paddle. To request a refund within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@pomodorri.app and we'll process it promptly.
iOS (Apple App Store)
Apple handles all App Store refunds. To request:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find Pomodorri and request a refund
Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
Android (Google Play)
Google handles Play Store refunds. To request:
- Go to Google Play Subscriptions
- Or: Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions
- Find Pomodorri and request a refund
Cancel Subscription
Cancel anytime in the app: Settings → Manage Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of your billing period.
