Delete Your Account

You can delete your Pomodorri account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.
This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account and all data cannot be recovered.
Delete from the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly in the app:
- Open Pomodorri on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account — email and authentication data
- All focuses — your created tasks and their settings
- Session history — all your completed focus sessions
- Settings — themes, durations, and preferences
- Subscription data — Pro status (subscription itself managed by Apple/Google)
What We Keep
We may retain:
- Anonymized analytics — aggregated usage data that cannot identify you
- Purchase records — required for legal/tax purposes (managed by Apple/Google)
Can't Access the App?
If you can't delete your account through the app (e.g., you've uninstalled it or lost access), contact us and we'll delete it for you:
Email us at support@pomodorri.app with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
We'll process your request within 7 days and confirm once complete.
Request Account DeletionSubscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. To avoid future charges, tap "Manage Subscription" in Settings, or:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions
