Using Pomodorri

What is the Pomodoro Technique?

It's a time management method: work for 25 minutes (a "pomodoro"), then take a 5-minute break. After 4 pomodoros, take a longer 15-30 minute break. It helps maintain focus while preventing burnout.

Is Pomodorri really free?

Yes! The full timer, multiple focuses, enforce break, sync, history, and 9 themes are completely free. No ads, no time limits, no tricks. Pro adds extra themes, fonts, and export features, but the core app is complete without it.

Can I customize the timer durations?

Yes! Go to Settings to change focus duration (1-180 min), short break (1-30 min), long break (5-60 min), and how many sessions before a long break. All free.

What is "Enforce Break"?

When enabled, you can't skip the first few minutes of your break. It helps you actually rest instead of immediately jumping back to work. This feature is free.

Can I create multiple focuses?

Yes! Create separate timers for work, study, exercise, or reading. Each has its own icon, duration, and session history. Unlimited focuses, all free.

Does the timer work when my phone is locked?

Yes! The timer continues in the background. On iOS, you'll see it on your Lock Screen via Live Activities. You'll get a notification when your session ends.

What are "infinite sessions"?

Instead of setting a target number of sessions, you can set a focus to infinite mode. The counter just keeps going. Useful for ongoing tasks without a specific goal.

Sync & Data

Do I need an account?

No. Pomodorri works fully offline without any account. Your data stays on your device. Only sign in if you want to sync across devices (also free).

How does sync work?

When you sign in, your focuses and settings sync automatically across all your devices. Changes made on one device appear on others within seconds. Free feature.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Both the iPhone app and web app work offline. Any changes you make sync automatically when you're back online.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings → Delete Account to delete your account and all data (local and cloud). See our Delete Account page for details.

Pro & Purchases

What does Pro add?

Pro unlocks 14 extra themes, custom fonts, custom text colors, PDF reports, CSV export, and full analytics history. Nice extras for customization, but the core app is complete without it.

Can I use Pro on both iPhone and web?

Yes! Sign in with the same account on both platforms and your Pro status syncs automatically. One purchase works everywhere.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Manage Subscription" to open your subscription settings. Or manage directly: iOS in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, Android in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of your billing period.
